سلام . مشكل شما اين است كه اكاه به مسايل ديني نيستيد. طبق دستور دين مبين اسلام.در دو مورد فرد بخاطر زنا كشته مي شود اول : زن يا مرد متاهل فقط با يك دفعه زنا جنانجه ثابت شد يا خود فرد اقرار كرد كشته مي شود. دوم:اما زن يا مرد مجرد تا سه دفعه شلاق مي خورد ولي دفعه جهارم ديكر كشته مي شود.شما در واقع ايراد به خدا مي كيريد.نه جمهوري اسلامي.بنده هم كلا از اين اتفاق متاسف هستم. ولي حكم خدا هم بايد اجرا بشود |

Why you are so prejudice toward men? Why you are stereotyping all men, as if they are all the same? قاضی و جند تن از افسران در رابطه با شکنجه، تجاوز و اعدام عاطفه رجبی دستگیر شدند
غير از تعدادی از افسران نيروی انتظامی که به تجاوز به اين دختر ۱۶ ساله اعتراف نموده بودند خود حاجی رضائی نيز در جريان بازجوئی توسط نيروهايی وزارت اطلاعات به عمل تجاوز به اين دختر ۱۶ ساله اعتراف نموده است

مطابق گزارشی که در سایت پیک ایران آمده است در پی اعدام عاطفه دختر ۱۶ ساله در شهرستان نکا ، روز چهار شنبه حاجی رضائی رئيس دادگستری اسلامی شهرستان نکا و تعدادی از افسران نيروی انتظامی از جمله سروان ذبيهی و سروان مولائی توسط نيروهای وزارت اطلاعات دستگير شده و همگی در بازداشت به سر ميبرند
در همين رابطه يک منبع موثق گزارش داد که به غير از تعدادی از افسران نيروی انتظامی که به تجاوز به اين دختر ۱۶ ساله اعتراف نموده بودند خود حاجی رضائی نيز در جريان بازجوئی توسط نيروهايی وزارت اطلاعات به عمل تجاوز به اين دختر ۱۶ ساله اعتراف نموده است .
حاجی رضائی در جريان بازجوئی اعتراف نموده ، برای اعتراف گيری برای سن ۲۲ سالگی و اعتراف به نام بردن کسان ديگری که با وی رابطه "نا مشروع" داشته اند ، عاطفه را مورد شکنجه قرار داده بود. گفته ميشود در روز اعدام تمامی پشت اين دختر کبود بوده است . وی اعتراف نموده که برای جلوگيری از افشای نام خود و همداستانش در نيروی انتظامی توسط عاطفه يک چنين حکمی داده است و آنگاه با گرفتن استشهاد محلی اين عمل خود را وجهه قانونی تر داده است .
بنا بر گزارشهای رسيده حاجی رضائی انجام اعدام را مطابق با قانون اسلام جايز عنوان نموده است و دليل خود را نيز داشتن همان استشهاد محلی عنوان کرده است .
در همين حال در پی شکايت خانواده عاطفه از قاضی و نحوه رسيدگی به پرونده وی ، ديوان عالی کشور حکم آزادی عاطفه ساله ۱۶ ساله را اعلام نموده است! اما چند هفته بعد از اعدام وی!
